Technical Advantages
Light Weight Composite Cylinders
World CNG uses ONLY lightweight type 3 and type 4 composite cylinders. These cylinders weigh ½ to 1/3rd less than conventional type 1 and type 2 steel tanks. Less weight in the tank arrangements means better fuel economy and performance. These cylinders feature 15-20 year lives and meet all FMVSS-304 and NGV2 requirements. As such, they undergo extensive impact, bonfire, and burst testing to ensure maximum safety.

Space Saving Cylinder Arrangement Design & Bracket Systems
World CNG maximizes space and utility in every cylinder installation. Lightweight Carbon / Kevlar composite cylinders are fitted to space saving cylinder specific brackets and mounted in the least compromising way possible. Cylinders are always shielded and covered with OEM quality fixtures adding to the factory feel of every World CNG conversion.

Electronic Ignition Controlled Solenoid Valves
Each type 3 or 4 cylinder in a World CNG installation features a state of the art electronically controlled solenoid valve. These valves are wired into each vehicle’s ignition system and are electronically switched on and off. This technology and safeguard makes it virtually impossible for any gas related failure of a World CNG system. All of our electronic solenoid valves are factory fitted with pressure relief devices and mated to Swagelok natural gas fittings.

Added Efficiency
With its roots in high performance, World CNG makes sure that each CNG conversion sets a new standard for efficiency and raises the bar of engine performance on natural gas fuel. These tuning innovations result in increased vehicle range, and factory horsepower and torque delivery EVERY time.

Low Pressure Systems and High Tech Parts
World CNG’s systems confine high pressure (3600psi) to the cylinders, valve and immediate tubing just outside the tank arrangement where pressure is dropped to std. liquid fuel pressures (100psi). We use only low pressure flexible fuel lines to run the length of the vehicle to the engine bay. We use only factory style low pressure fuel injectors and OEM fuel delivery rails.

Protection
World CNG uses ballistic polycarbonate protective panels and impact foam where ever possible in order to protect and seal off cylinders from damage and scratches. This added layer of protection maximizes protection and storage space simultaneously.
